L&S adopts the two new European regulations for the eco-friendly design of light sources and for energy labelling which will come into force from 1^st September 2021.

The L&S group has been preparing for this change for a long time, with the aim of guaranteeing the compliance of all our products with the new requirements.

The energy classes have been rescaled, in order to let the new scale be valid for a few years ahead; for this reason, most light sources used in interior applications, previously in class A, are now classified between D and G.

Under this definition, most luminaires manufactured by L&S are to be considered containing products and therefore will not have any energy label on the packaging.
