L&S Sustainability Report 2024: our path beyond light

 Lighting the path to sustainable growth

We are proud to announce the publication of the L&S Group Sustainability Report 2024 — a document that reflects our commitment to integrating sustainability into every aspect of our business. It represents the way we design innovation responsibly, empower our people and build long-term partnerships based on trust and transparency.

2024 has been a pivotal year for our Group: for the first time, we conducted a comprehensive Double Materiality Assessment (DMA), identifying the areas where our actions have the most significant impact on people, the environment and our stakeholders.

In parallel, we measured our full carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) in line with the GHG Protocol.

This analysis has laid the foundation for a five-year sustainability strategy focused on three key pillars:

1. Innovating products and processes – creating lighting solutions that are increasingly efficient and with reduced environmental impact.
2. Empowering our people –strengthening an inclusive, safe, and inspiring workplace, while continuously improving opportunities for growth, well-being and equal participation.
3. Engaging suppliers and partners – reinforcing responsible practices across the value chain and working together to further integrate sustainability principles into long-term partnerships.
